Calendar conflicts are inevitable for busy attorneys and law firms.

When you have a schedule conflict, a long distance to travel to court for a short cause matter, or cannot make it for personal reasons, call us. We cover Orange County courts, and can cover courts in nearby counties.
We make appearances in the following practice areas - civil, criminal, family law, traffic and probate.
Special Appearances rates are based upon the expected time to complete the appearance, the mileage and the appearance time of day.
To Arrange for a Special Appearance:
Call first to confirm the details of the appearance. After confirmation, please use one of the buttons in the form below to pay for the appearance. The buttons will link to a paypal form. Note that I am unable to appear without first receiving payment. Once I have received confirmation that the payment has cleared, I will send e-mail confirmation for the appearance.
Special appearance fees for attorneys are as follows:

Brief Matters $150 + Parking, filing fees, other costs
Court Appearances for self-represented [in pro-per parties],
We will make single court appearances. These are our unbundled legal services. Appearance fees start at $300. You must contact us personally before representing my availability to the court for the date and time of your proceeding. All appearances require a written agreement and payment to be made prior to the hearing date.
